This Bliss Wish is not to wish you grief but to give you some suggestions on how to handle it to the best of your ability.

Grief is associated with loss and feels like extreme pain and mental anguish.  Most often we think of grief in terms of the loss of a loved one.  You may also experience grief at the end of a relationship or significant experience in your life.

Grief is very personal but there are ways that you can handle grief in a way so that your soul may become more integrated and so that you have a better appreciation of the life that you have.

First off, it's important to address any loss that you are experiencing.  It may serve you to put your feelings aside when you are trying to "function" at work but there comes a time when it's probably best to face up to it allow yourself to feel it.  It's possible that you are a part of a culture or faith where a display of emotion is not acceptable, so go by your feellngs.

Everyone experiences these types of emtions for various lengths of time.
