For One Day, Be Easy On Yourself
When we pursue our life goals and dreams, we create certain expectations for ourselves. This is especially true in regards to a healthy eating and fitness program. It's true that if we don't use a bit of discipline, we may not get results. But sometimes we need to remember that we are perfect and loved just as we are. Maybe we didn't exercise today. Or maybe we put off a task that is in our plan. Or perhaps we had an emotional outburst that we judged as "inappropriate."
Sometimes it's best to accept that we are perfect in our imprefections and no one really judges us as harshly as we do. If we do have some "critics" in our vicinity, literally let the comments go in one ear and out the other and if possible. Find a space within and around yourself that allows you to love and accept yourself along with any "mistakes" you've made.
In the "eyes" of the light, you are perfect and loved.
