Let Go

Let Go.  Those are probably 2 of the most important elements of living a Blissful life.  How do we let go when we are in pain or in a state of blame?  Keep in mind that the reward for letting go will be tremendously worth it in every part of your life when you do.

I will break it down for you.

L: Love:  Find everything that you are in love with and make this your focus.  Make this a huge inclusive list.

E: Evaluate:  Evaluate why you are holding onto a person or situation that you are allowing to keep you from having a blissful life.  If this is a person that must be in your life,  see what they reflect about you and your life and grab the lesson.  Use it and empower yourself.

T: Transcend:  Concretely see the person, place or situation that you are letting go of.  Uncover the emotions there.  Find a powerful visualization for transcending these emotions.  Some examples are putting them in a bottle and throwing them out to sea or writing them on a piece of paper and burning them.

G:  Grounded: Get grounded.  It's much easier to let go when we are grounded.  Simply getting a good night sleep or taking a meditative walk is enough to put you in a place of strength.

O:  Open up.  There is so much love within and around you.  Open up to it and let it in.

Testimonials

"I met Renee at a very intense business seminar where she taught exercise and relaxation.  I really felt awful that morning from information overload and she literally took a bad headache away from me.  She is truly fabulous at what she does.  She had a soothing effect on me that I had not experienced before.

"Renee's guided imagery technique has helped me to get my thoughts and goals back on track.  Her voice is both soothing and strengthening and that, coupled with her intuitiveness makes for a powerful tool.?
