You Are An Artist

Everyone has an artist deep inside of them.  Don't confuse the word artist with someone that can paint or draw.  Yes, those people are artists, but so are you.  Identify your "artistry" and honor it.

Here are some suggestions:

-Step outside of yourself and watch how you do things.  No one pours a cup of coffee or tea the way you do, even if you spill it!

-Watch how you answer the phone.  You own a unique sound to your voice that no one else in the whole planet has.  That is your song to every one you talk to.

-Observe how you "get" from one place to another.  Even if you don't walk, this is your dance.  You move in your own unique way.

-Check your signature.  It's unique.  That's why it's used for credit card verification (even if it's eligible).

-Do you love music, movies or theatre?  If so you have your own taste in these areas which means you are a music or movie critic and this is an art form.  As a matter of fact, if you are not participating in something that you deem artistic, then start a blog or webpage where you can describe your favorites.  Invite people to participate by joining websites like http://www.del.icio.us.com

Testimonials

"I met Renee at a very intense business seminar where she taught exercise and relaxation.  I really felt awful that morning from information overload and she literally took a bad headache away from me.  She is truly fabulous at what she does.  She had a soothing effect on me that I had not experienced before.

"Renee's guided imagery technique has helped me to get my thoughts and goals back on track.  Her voice is both soothing and strengthening and that, coupled with her intuitiveness makes for a powerful tool.?
